I used to avoid public speaking at all costs. The idea of standing in front of an audience made my heart race. But I also knew that if I wanted to make an impact, I had to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
So, I practiced and used to say yes to every speaking request I received. And somewhere along the way, the nerves turned into passion. Today, speaking gives me the chance to do what I love most. Share the real, messy, inspiring parts of growth so others can see that they’re capable of more than they think.
Behind every success is a series of pivots, failures, lessons, and moments of courage. In this talk, I share my journey from becoming a VP at 25, to co-founding Carbliss Cocktails, to serving as CFO and Board Director in a male-dominated industry and the mindset that carried me through it all: never stop growing. This is more than a story about business. It’s about resilience, reinvention, and the power of saying “yes” before you feel ready. Through vulnerability and real-world lessons, I invite audiences to see how discomfort, doubt, and determination can become the fuel for their next chapter.
True success is never a solo act. In this talk, I explore how building authentic communities, at work, in business, and in life, accelerates growth for everyone involved. Drawing from my experiences leading in male-dominated industries and co-founding She Owns It, I share how belonging, mentorship, and collaboration create the foundation for personal and organizational transformation.
Growth never happens inside your comfort zone and I’m living proof of that. From overcoming my risk tolerances and perfectionism to co-founding one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the country, I share the lessons learned from taking risks, failing forward, and continually choosing courage over comfort.

In this talk, I share how I built and scaled brands like Carbliss Cocktails while protecting the authenticity and personal touch that make leadership meaningful. I explore how your personal brand, your values, presence, and reputation, can (and should) grow alongside your company, not get lost in it.
